Lean HealthTRACKER is a specialty application software you can use to track your family's health records. It allows you to enter as separate records all individual family members, along with their gender and age. Then, as the time for regular checkups approaches, the program will notify you of the pending examinations. All suggested time intervals can be edited to suit your family situation, and completed tests and examinations can be recorded.
